By accessing or using Pruneify (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms (browsewrap).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service (or 16 in the EU/EEA where applicable). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service may not be available in all jurisdictions; you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

3. Account Registration & Security

Pruneify does not require account registration. You use the Service as a guest. There are no passwords or credentials to manage. You are responsible for the security of your device and browser.

4. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You may use Pruneify for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of law
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent any technical or procedural safeguards
• Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission

You are responsible for your use of the Service and any decisions made based on its output. Do not use Pruneify in a way that violates your organization's policies on academic integrity, privacy, or acceptable use.

5. Intellectual Property

Pruneify, its design, code, and branding are owned by the operator. You retain ownership of content you paste, upload, or submit. By submitting content via the contact form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and respond to your inquiry. Text you paste into the tool is processed only in your browser; we do not claim ownership of that content.

6. Payment Terms

Pruneify is offered free of charge. There are no subscriptions, fees, or payment requirements. This section may be updated if paid offerings are introduced.

7. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE AI-LIKENESS SCORE AND HEURISTIC DETECTION ARE BEST-EFFORT INDICATORS ONLY. THEY SHOULD NOT BE TREATED AS DEFINITIVE PROOF OF HUMAN OR AI AUTHORSHIP. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. BECAUSE PRUNEIFY IS FREE, THAT AMOUNT IS ZERO. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Dispute Resolution
